After two straight weekend's and three tries, the wind finally cooperated, and I was able to get this shot of the doubleheaded Bald Knob Train going around Gum Curve.
The smoke belches out of the stack of Western Maryland Shay 6 during the final push to Bald Knob. In the distance sets the Greenbank Telescope, the Worlds largest fully steerable radio telescope.
Western Maryland 734 breaks the silence as it roars through Brush Tunnel on a snowy Winter day. This was truly a experience that I will never forget, dont even think I need to repeat either.
