SAR 2-8-4 (Berkshire) steamlocomotive 24 # 3655 (owned by Cape Western Vintage Railways, operated and maintained by Atlantic Rail) was built in 1949 by the North British Locomotive Works in a series of 100. The locomotive is pulling a photo charter of Ceres Rail Company for FarRail Tours of Bernd Seiler, between Het Kruis and Droeryskloof on the Klawer line in the Western Cape province, with the Piketberg mountains in the background. |
