"649 & 670 Lead Train 137 at NYP" Amtrak ACS-64 649 is at the head end of train 137(23) at New York Penn Station. Second in the consist is the last Amtrak ACS-64 to be built, 670. The previous day 670 failed it's initial acceptance test due to a cab signal failure and needed a ride back to DC from Boston.
