| A visitor from south of the border is parked within sight of a middle-American icon - the Saint Louis Arch. Ferromex ES44AC 4687 was found in Alton & Southern's Gateway Yard in East Saint Louis, Illinois, on a dreary October 3rd, 2015. Photographed on railroad property with permission and full PPE. |
