A one of a kind locomotive, NS 2423 sits on display in Altoona Yard, part of NS' "All Aboard Altoona" event on October 12th, 2013. This locomotive has a new turbocharged EMD 12-cylinder 710ECO prime mover, along with many other modifications to make this former EMD MP15DC a new MP15E.
