| A PCC-2 winds its way through Darby, just outside Philadelphia, on a slushy February afternoon. The car is operating as a charter for the Wilmington Chapter NRHS as the Super Saturday Streetcar Special XVIII; the chapter annually hosts a trolley trip on the Saturday preceding the Super Bowl. |
