Remarks & Notes
The Friday unit limestone slurry train (Omya) from North Bennington, VT to the PAR interchange at Hoosick Jct., NY has just put together its train from cars accumulated at North Bennington all week. The cars are held on what's left of the old Rutland line to Bennington and Chatham, NY. The train is still on the Bennington Branch, crossing the Lake Paran Dam just east of the yard with well over 50 cars at 12:03PM. Trailing units are VTR GP18 #801 (ex TPW #600) and VTR GP40-2LW #311 (ex CN #9662 ex HLCX #9662). The leader, VTR #307 is the ex SSW #7255.
