Remarks & Notes
The 2-6-2 tank locomotive Eb 3/5 # 5819 of SBB Historic, built in 1912 by the SLM Winterthur and called "Habersack", came to Glarus with an extra train for the retirement of a SBB locomotive engineer and member of the association steam group Zürich. Engineer P.E. is in the cab at the throttle, with S.L. on the left, entering Glarus. The locomotive was mainly used for passenger trains and could run up to 75 km/h forward and backward. Withdrawn in 1965, but revised in 1975 and declared historic vehicle, based in Brugg AG nowadays.
