On ausgust 10, a northbound freight train derailed in the Gotthard Base Tunnel (GBT) and since then, both bores are closed. All passenger trains and some freights, which are able to go through the lower claerance, are rerouted over the "old" mountain line, now called panorama line. Freight train 60220 from Lugano Vedeggio to the Limmattal shunting yard (RBL) can be seen on the 106 meter long Pianotondo viaduct on the uppermost level of the Biaschina loops, pulled by Bombardier TRAXX F140 MS locomotives Re 484 # 011 and # 015 of the SBB. Behind the locomotives is the large tamping machine BNA 341 of the Scheuchzer company, built by Matisa.
