Lowest bid makes strange bedfellows. This former DRGW unit is towing the newly repainted ex-CSX GP16 out to the interchange with NS. Despite looking good in the new paint the "foreigner" is without traction motors, which will be added somewhere else. Photo by Jim Satterwhite, from my collection.
