BELEN NM Sept 10 1983 — Santa Fe SD45-2 5627 poses for a roster shot. The unit was delivered in May 1972. In April 1987 it was rebuilt as a B unit and renumbered to SD45-2B 5857. Morrison Knudsen performed maintenance on it in April 1994. In February 2000 it became BNSF 6506. It was off the BNSF roster in April 2002. Corrections sought. My photo.
