Remarks & Notes
CN 79657, a Pt. St. Charles built caboose, brings up the rear of a sulfur train stopped at Boston Bar, BC for a crew change. CN built a large quantity of these cabooses in the first half of the 1970s and they became the standard mainline caboose for the railroad. This caboose was built in 1974 and still looks almost like new a year later in a pre-graffiti world.

Cabooses have always been one of my favorite pieces of railroad equipment. This is just a collection of some of the caboose shots on the site.
