On this sunny winter day, with very few snow on the southside of the pass, the former Bernina Railway locomotive Ge 4/4 # 81 pulled the "Bernina Winterzauber" train of association "Club 1889" from St.Moritz to Alp Grüm, and further to the Stablini crossing station. Here the "BB 81" of 1916, now with the Blonay-Chamby Railroad Museum and guest in Grisons, is leaving Stablini for Alp Grüm, running around the very tight 180 degree curve with a radius of 45 meter (148 ft) only.
