Tacoma Rail's newest locomotive in the latest paint scheme has been delivered by Progress Rail. The unit was given a little bit of a workout, dragging the TR 2200 around the yard a bit, and was deemed acceptable. Progress Rail's Tacoma facility has one more locomotive to finish, TR 1525, and then they close up shop.
