TRAVERSO RABe 526 # 101/201 of the Südostbahn (SOB) is running the "Treno Gottardo" IR 2324 of the line IR 26 from Bellinzona over the Gotthard mountain line to Lucerne-Basel SBB, between Castione-Arbedo and Claro. Since change of timetable on december 13th, the Südostbahn is running this hourly service (between Bellinzona and Arth Goldau and vice versa) in co-operation with the SBB. Between Arth Goldau and Basel/Zürich there is a two-hour service. From april, this train will run to and from Locarno in the south. The same TRAVERSO trains are running the Voralpen-Express between St.Gallen and Lucerne and will running the "Aare Linth" service between Chur, Zürich and Berne from december 2021. So you can see on the side of the train, right from TRAVERSO, the brand names Voralpen-Express, Treno Gottardo and Aare Linth.
