Today's power for the Delson Roadswitcher is the unique Montreal Locomotive Works 1,000 HP RS-23. The crew have picked up an empty bulkhead flat car from the Domtar Wood Preserving Plant in the background and are heading east about to cross the diamond with the CNR's Massena Sub.
