Remarks & Notes
A Boston-Providence commuter train operated by Penn Central for the MBTA passes the old wooden tower at Mansfield, MA, as it slows for a station stop. The engineer's window of ex-PRR E8 4264 shows evidence of a recent projectile strike, a big problem in the Northeast in the 1970s.
