Self propelled 0-6-0+0-6-0 steam rotary snow blower Xrot d # 9213 of the RhB, shoved by the "Bernina Crocodile" Ge 4/4 # 182 from 1928, on the line between Ospizio Bernina and Alp Grüm along Lago Bianco. This impressive vehicle was built by the SLM Winterthur in 1910 as R # 1051 for the then independent Bernina Railway. Still fully operational and based in Pontresina, but in operation during this event only, which is held twice every winter. The strong north wind is blowing the steam exhaust ahead of the rotary blower.
