Work Zone Work Car SEPTA work PCC 2194 is running on the "wrong main" (since the usual westward track is under construction) as it rolls down Baltimore Avenue in Philadelphia. The car has actually been chartered by the Wilmington Chapter NRHS for a day of photography.
