A huge 180 platform 105 eases through Longlac like its nobodies business. CN 2727 + CN 2639 provide the head end power, with CN 8949 93 platforms back in DP mode. The train is passing underneath the Trans Canada Highway and over the Kenogami River. Water here can flow either to the Atlantic through Lake Superior to the South, or into James Bay/Hudson Bay/Arctic Ocean to the North through a series of control dams.
For the most part, this section of CN is very isolated, and as an employee I am able to gain access. CN's Bala, Ruel, Soo, Caramat, Allanwater, and Redditt Subs are all featured.
