Remarks & Notes
I photographed it, but sometimes I wonder why ... The railroads spend a lot of money applying paint to their equipment, only to have some twit with some spray cans ruin it. Union Pacific GP38-2 1961 is seen in Anaheim, California, on September 30th, 2000. This engine is the former EMDX 829, which was Conrail 8029 and, before that, Penn Central 8029 (built in August 1972). This engine was later renumbered to UP 461 before the UP sold it to Locomotive Leasing Partners as their LLPX 2294 (and LLP repainted it, so the tagger's work is now gone).

Look around you, it's everywhere, some of us hate it some of us love it, some of us paint it and others paint over it you know what it is: graffiti.
