Union Pacific 844 heads east through the iconic red cliffs of Echo Canyon. It would be interesting to know how many times this classic 4-8-4 has passed through this area since Alco built it in 1944. The SOGRS is returning to Cheyenne from Union Pacific's 150th Birthday celebration in Sacramento, California.
