Amtrak's weekend edition of the Vermonter train, #57-05, is seen heavily leaning into the super-elevated curve for which the SDI continuous welded rail was installed last year along Bank Yard in White River Jct., VT. The SDI is prominently displayed on the rail sides, part of the ARRA HSR program that brought 140 miles of new CWR to Vermont in 2011.
