| Southern FP7's 6143 and 6141 lead a Kentucky Railway
Museum sponsored trip west back to Louisville after a Danville visit. 1983 would be the last year that they would wear their original 1950 built numbers. The 6143 would become the 3498 before being retired and sold now works for the Stone Mountain Railroad in Atlanta.
The 6141 would become the 3497 and now works the R.J. Corman Dinner Train in Bardstown Ky. as their 1941
along with another ex. Southern FP7 6138 now the 1940. |
