| Snow plow spotted on a siding in North Philadelphia on a camera outing in 1965 or 1966. I assume it would be used on the 4 track mainline (visible in the distance) between Philly and NY. I also guess that the flanged side panels would swing out, forcing the snow to fly over parallel tracks and that the car would be pushed at pretty high speeds. Comments with further insights more than welcome |
