Remarks & Notes
One of Conrail's ten C30-7s heads under Route 9W at CP SK on its way east onto the old Boston & Albany line. From here, it will run to Springfield, MA, where it will take Amtrak's New Haven-Springfield Line down into New Haven and Cedar Hill Yard. The C30-7, which was one of ten Conrail owned, and was delivered in November of 1977, would become the semi-standard engine on this train for years to come.
