A slow freight powered by CP 9826 (from the last batch of CP AC4400s) crawls through Paynesville, MN on the former Soo Line main. The rear unit, a Soo SD60, won't stay running - thus a very slow trip for the crew. The train is 10,100 tons and has only 4
