| The 2-8-0 "Consolidation" G 4/5 # 108 of the Rhaetian Railway, built by SLM in 1906 and based in Samedan, pulls the train 92126 from Samedan via Filisur-Davos-Klosters to Landquart, on the 3.2 % grade from Bever towards Spinas and the Albula tunnel. That was the transfer trip from the Engadin to Landquart, as part of the “40 Years of the Albula Railway Club” (ABC) trip from Landquart via Chur-Thusis-Filisur to Samedan the following day. The locomotive was fitted with the large snow plow again for this winter. From 2006 to 2025, the locomotive had the name ENGIADINA on the cab sides. |
