| A workhorse for the Pioneer Valley Railroad locomotive #7031 has just arrived back at the yard after serving the Holyoke Branch. Originally built in 1959 as CN 4284, this locomotive was purchased by the Pinsly Railroad Company and used to work it's Florida shortline, the Florida Central Railroad (FCEN). Around 2022 - 20023 Pinsly sold off their Florida shortlines to focus attention on the Pioneer Valley Railroad bringing locomotive #7031 to work here in Massachusetts. |
