| In the early 1900s Lake Estling was used for the commercial harvesting of ice for refrigeration. Now on a weekday in early February the ice was used to railfan the Monclair-Boonton Line. Here a morning westbound out of Denville is powered by a Spanish designed Alstom locomotive that was assembled in the USA. |
