Amtrak 817(9), a non-revenue move utilizing a new 6-car Airo trainset (#1), bridges the Susquehanna River, en route to Washington, DC from Philadelphia, for a promotional/media event the next day at WUS. This particular trainset, the first of a series, will ultimately be used in Amtrak’s Cascades Service in the PNW.
