The cab of 9549 gazes at the skeletal remains of the locomotive it once belonged to, a few days ago. It’s disheartening that the Railroad couldn’t modernize these machines to meet the current fuel efficiency and emissions standards. I’ll miss the BNSF SD70Mac.
