| An afternoon intermodal train has just come through the Aldene Connection on the Lehigh Line. The train is moving west across a small bridge that passes over the former Staten Island Rapid Transit (SIRT) mainline and is about to travel under the Garden State Parkway. The SIRT rail line is no longer in use but was a subsidiary of the Baltimore & Ohio (B&O) Railroad. |
