Amtrak Extra 817 glides over the Susquehanna River Bridge on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor with the 2nd Amtrak Airo trainset painted in Amtrak's "Cascades" paint scheme.
During this equipment move, simulated stops were made at various stations to test automatically opening doors and foot steps, information boards, train GPS, etc. The stops made between their trip from Philadelphia to Washington included Wilmington, Aberdeen (although this was skipped due to being behind schedule), and Baltimore.
This test / equipment move was to transport the set for a promotional event in Washington, D.C. the next day.
