Former Florida East Coast Tavern-Lounge-Observation No. 6607 "Bay Biscane" brings up the rear of the Sugar Express on a beautiful evening in Florida. The car was built by Budd in 1939 and once brought up the markers on "The Champion." It is now used as a first class car by United States Sugar.
