| Locomotives deserve to have their portrait taken IMHO. Southern had some of these -2s delivered with the old oil bath air filters (the Wait & See railroad) and they were very soon replaced with the paper filter box show here. An as-built shot is pretty rare. I think they had all been converted by the merger. |
