Remarks & Notes
Like other western railroads, Milwaukee Road moved reliable passenger power including their 5 FP45s and a number of FP7s to freight service as the Amtrak era approached (May 1, 1971). MILW 64C was built in June 1950 as 94C for passenger service. It would continue in freight service into the 1970s. Here it is likely stored awaiting servicing at the St. Paul roundhouse.
