Amtrak's Empire Builder heads southeast just out of Red Wing, MN with a pair of Siemens ALC-42s on the point led by AMTK 361. It will follow the Mississippi River to Winona, MN and La Crosse, WI where it will then cut across Wisconsin to Milwaukee and Chicago.
