| USSC's third photographers special saw the locomotive dressed in its "as retired" 1950's-60's paint variant that it wore after coming online from FEC. The whistle used was that of N&W 1218, something new for this region. This spot was the very last of the weekend and 99.99% went for the exceptional silhouette images on the other side....but I've been exceptionally lucky with this locomotive over the years and chose absolute last light, for better or worse. |
