| Budd and EMD teamed up in 1939 to built the Silver Charger, which was part of the Burlington's General Pershing Zephyr trainset which ran from Kansas City to St. Louis. It was the last of the shovel-nose streamliners; later trains were hauled by EMD E units. It was given to the Museum of Transportation in 1966. |
