Ice Cold Budds. Amtrak Metroliner cab car 9647 is the lead unit on Northeast Regional train 121, the Sunday only train that utilizes spare Keystone Service equipment. The cab car was originally built as Penn Central 801, one of a fleet of Metroliner EMUs ordered by the Pennsylvania Railroad in the late 1960s.
