On the morning of December 1, 2025, Delta Railroad Services' SRT Vulcano LGT 32M rail grinder enters NJ Transit territory for the first time as it comes off the PATCO siding and pulls into the station at Lindenwold, New Jersey on the Atlantic City Line. Built in Italy by SRT (Smart Railway Technology), the Vulcano LGT 32M is a modern, self-propelled rail grinder designed for precision rail profiling and extended rail service life. The machine was in New Jersey to perform grinding work on the PATCO Speedline and NJ Transit’s Atlantic City Line.
