| Ge 4/4 II # 611 of the Rhaetian Railway pulls the diverted freight train 7129 from Chur freight yard via Landquart-Vereina to Samedan, between Madulain and La Punt Chamues-ch. On the right is 3126 meter high Piz d'Esan, on the hill the ruins of Guardaval fortress from the 12th century. The church of Madulain dates from 1510. |
