| “New Train, New Bridge Over the Rippowam”
On the morning of November 8, 2025, Amtrak Avelia Liberty (Acela II) Trainset #20 (power cars 2130/2135) crosses the Rippowam River on the New Haven Line as Bay Crane crews install the new Pulaski Street Pedestrian Bridge in Stamford, Connecticut. The 250-foot pedestrian bridge connects Greenwich Avenue with the easement adjacent to the Charter Communications headquarters and is part of a larger plan to link Mill River Park to the South End and the harbor.
