The Clyde Iron Company manufactured this logging crane in Duluth in 1920. The design was invented by J. R. McGiffert. The feet could be set down and the wheels lifted which allowed the logging cars to pass through below the crane. After being retired, it was donated to the Lake Superior Railroad Museum.
