Just before the snowstorm arrived, the light turned soft and flat, giving me the perfect chance to take this photo. If it had been fully sunny, I wouldn’t have been able to capture it! This was taken during our Winter Group Tour 2023, at the highest point of Khoolt Pass on the Trans-Mongolian Railway.
