| We stayed close to Akron on Thursday to be in position for the Carrollton empty stone train run in the afternoon. I have never been to Akron, so this was all new to me. One thing we did in the morning was the ABC Railroad, which is an island railroad with W&LE ties. They do a lot of local work with couple switchers. Here the job makes a turn on cars at the River Valley Paper Company at the end of the line. It's a kind of neat, different expedition by us. |
