A local at the Union Pacific's Montclair Yard has 14-year-old UP GP30 726 for power. The diesel was built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division in March 1963, and was retired by the UP on 8/17/88. Sold to Morrison-Knudsen in November 1988, it was rebuilt into Burlington Northern GP39M 2807 (retaining the distinctive GP30 car body) in March 1989. On October 4, 2001, it was renumbered BNSF 2807.
