Norfolk Southern Railway Dash 8-40C 8710 sits alone on Union Pacific’s Dolores Industrial Lead, at the northern end of UP’s Dolores Yard. Locomotives from other railroads, in other parts of the country, are not uncommon here, as many of the port-bound intermodal trains originate on railroads east of where the UP operates.
