Remarks & Notes
Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) train 9212, consisting of GE Silverliner IV EMU cars (with SEPA 429 on the point) rushes past an Amtrak test train being assembled at Amtrak's Wilmington Maintenance Facility. This Amtrak train has ACS-64 (built 3/14) 610 and ALC-42 317 (built 10/22) for power (and the cars are 82627, 82576 and 82807) … for now. In a short while, GP38 722 will be added to the train's rear, and then the Geep will be replaced by 319. (Wilmington, Delaware – February 1, 2023). Photographed on railroad property with permission and full PPE.
